AC Not Working

At a loss…
I have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited w/automatic climate control.
Symptom: blower stops blowing when it is hot outside. Works perfect in the morning?
Possible Cause: Blower Motor Module.
Replaced the blower motor module, same issue.

Any thoughts on possible cause?

sounds like the infrared tempreture sensor on the climate control face isn't working right. I had similar problem on the auto climate control in my old WJ and that was the problem.

Re: AC Not Working

Have you tried turning auto off and see if works then?

Re: AC Not Working

If it is cold in the morning, and blows hot air in the afternon when its hotter out it could also be that you are running low on A/c refrigerant. Could still be a temp sensor as well. Had many a vehicle do that when they are low on refrigerant.

Re: AC Not Working

Thanks all... it turned out to be a bad blower motor. When the air stopped blowing, I tapped on the motor and it came back on. Replaced the motor... everything is perfect.
