Adding memory seat+power pass seat

My 09 Laredo has the power driver seat and I was wondering how hard would it be to add the memory seat function to it, is the wiring in place already and does it have to be programmed? I also want to know if the manual pass seat can be converted to be a power seat? Thanks.

every year and model, even down to individual jeeps in some years, have cetain harnesses. now you may need more than just that but thats where you need to start.

to see what kind of plugs and connectors are used in certain applications, like see if maybe your plug is correct its just missing a few pins.

http://dto.vftis.com/mopar/platform_...asp?return=new

when you get to the orange screen for your vehicle, click go or all and the whole list shows up. click in and see the wires and tjhe conectors. could help.

on the pass side, see if you can find some wiring thats not used.

for the memory module, its hooked into a ton of stuff and I have a feeling it will not just be a plug and play.

for both queries, a PM to Milous, our resident Knowledge Base is also a good idea to learn if there is even a remote possibility.

GL

car-part.com to look for salvage stuff like the power pass seat.
