Re: aftermarket battery selection

My battery is on it's last leg and got stranded once this week so I need a new battery. I don't feel comfortable paying $150 for a battery so I'll head on over to Walmart on tuesday and get me a battery for $60 or less.

Re: aftermarket battery selection

Red top ftw. I've had the same one in my 95 blazer for over 7 years and it never left me hangin. Had one in my goat for 3 years now. Next battery I buy will still be a red top.

Haven't had it long enough to make a judgment. Good so far at 6 months.
Had a red top Optima on another vehicle and it went dead in 2 months, so I'm biased against them.
Do you know if the PC 1500T will fit into a WK 5.7? I was looking at the recommended PC1220 from the Odyssey website, but was concerned about the lower CCA (680). In CO/WY I feel comfortable with more.

Thanks in advance for your help.
