Even with the 35 watt kit?

Thanks for the heads up...

55w should be fine for the fogs. (i have been running them for close to 2 years as well as my lows) On their site, it did say not recommended for smaller fog light housing because of the heat but the WK's fogs are much larger in size than most cars. With any kit, you have to aim the lights so they provide less glare to oncoming traffic.

Re: Are there any plug and play HID kits

How do the HID kits impact the auto high beam feature? Does it still work? I'm guessing that feature only controls the 9005s..?

with the WK you need to run a relay harness otherwise you will get the flicker and possible other problems

The low beams NEED a relay harness.

You probably have a flicker, you just don't notice it.

A proper install on the WK is by INSTALLING relay harnesses.

Don't argue it, because I will prove you wrong very quickly.

Aside from the fact that this member is now "banned?" He is right. Im ordering a relay kit asap, because i do get the occasional flicker in my dash/console lighting.

I did the garage trick. aim straight at the garage door at a level surface, then adjust.

Re: Are there any plug and play HID kits

I'm a DDM fan. I had a ballast go bad after a few months, called and they hooked me up right away, no questions asked.

A lot of my friends have DDM kits and this is probably the third kit we have at our house alone. I'll probably be ordering a 5k low beam kit soon.

How easy is it to install? Cake walk, even for my 80 yr old grandma!
