I want to get them tinted a little bit but unsure if I should or not.

I got mine from Ebay, but they are also on carID:

The ones that I have which are blacked on the inside:http://www.carid.com/2006-jeep-grand...hts-69961.html

They also have these more chrome looking ones that I am not really into lol:http://www.carid.com/2006-jeep-grand...hts-69960.html

I paid 160 on Ebay for mine from a pretty good vendor who actually replaced them due to a little water getting into them.

Thanks Chance, they look great. I agree wiht you on the chrome ones. Its just too much. I was also thinking of what they may look like if tinted. I was also considering the stock looking lights that have LED's in them and tinting those.

Appreciate the links!

No Problem man!

I love LED tailights, when I am driving at night and i go past a speed limit sign the led's reflect off of the sign for a good ways down the road! lol

Re: Badges

Sounds awesome, cant wait. I just found this link and am considering going this route. These look to be the regular LED's (not black or chrome version), then tinted. I would imgaine that your tinted ones could get about the same outcome if you wanted to tint.

Re: Badges

i removed mine yesterday while it was snowing.all i did is take a heat gun heat them up pretty good.kept touching the badge making sure i dont bake the paint behind it.while being hot i took a plastic scraper (squeegee) and starting pushing behind the badge. its got warm enuff where the badge poped off and left the double sided take still to jeep.i have a machine i bought for my business to remove vynle decals so i used that to remove the glue came right off in secounds.wiped the area with some good wax..only thing i noticed if you get real close or the way the sun hits it you will see the outline to what was there..i took them ALL OFF..i dont like any badges on it made it look shaved and slick looking.hope that helped.

i have a question for you i noticed you stated that you bought your lights off ebay.i was looking at the same ones because i like the black ones with snmoke tint with the leds.in the guys ad its says WONT FIT LAREDO's,,So i questioned him several times and he told me the plug was not the right one for our trucks.i have a 2005 laredo.once i seen yours i really like the look dont get me wrong i like my Stock ones that i tinted out.but i do like the leds also.my question is did you cut and rewire? only because he (ebay guy) keeps telling me that they will NOT fit my truck. What ebay link was yours from? thanks !

I have a 2006 WK so I'm unsure if that would make a difference, But for me it was plug n' play.

The only problem I have is when I hook up trailer lights to the wire i get that fast click on the turn signals. But I can suffice without it haha

I bought from this guy: http://myworld.ebay.com/gt_racers/

But he doesn't seem to have anymore for sale, so I am unsure?
