Blacking Out?

HI Guys,

I'm thinking about blacking out my GC, but I have a couple questions. What's the best route? Should I paint the moldings/trim I have? Is it an easy swap? If it is easy, is anyone interested in my chrome trim/ rims etc... If you have any pics of your blacked out whips please post them. Thanks

Ryan

Re: Blacking Out?

Mine should be blacked out in about 2.5 weeks from now. I will def post up photos when I get it all done. You can do what I did...

http://www.justforjeeps.com/wkblwimo.html use code "jeepgarage5" at checkout for 5% off.

then you just need to replace the rear quarter glass, you can trade with someone who wants chrome.

(Thanks to Rob who helped point me in the right direction)

Re: Blacking Out?

Mr. Watson, currently I have a deal with another member with trading the rear quarter panel glass (black for chrome).Since you the rear quarter panels requires a window shop to remove it.

This is my DD though so if my deal doesnt happen, I will send you a PM if you're willing to trade.

Re: Blacking Out?

I saw a pic on here SOMEWHERE that had a silver with black n it looked ALOT better than I imagined.....but now i cant find it............do you think putting like a blackout cover over the stock tails, (if so where can I find them) or buying black led tails would be better looking?
