They can drill a small hole from the side panel and push out most or all of the dent if it is not creassed very bad. You can call any used car dealer and they will give you a number to call for the service they use. It will cost from $60 to $75 dollars, but be alot cheaper than a body shop and only take about half an hour. I had it done on the tailgate of my 08 Wk and it looks great.
Assuming the blow dryer and compressed can or air doesn't work, this is where I'll end up. It looks like the services around me are double that. Joys of living on cape cod with the wealthy!!!!!

It looks like a softball was pressed against it. I have a picture below.

I cant tell exactly what is dented from the picture, and I cant speak for the metal strip, but the bumper cover is plastic and I'm not sure how these techniques would work on it? It definitely doesn't just pop back out and hold its shape. Correct me if I'm wrong because I'm in the same boat haha.

Re: Body damage

I think that's more of a parlor trick than an actual fix. I've heard that it has worked for people, but the dent reappears as fast as it goes away. I say it's worth a shot though.

Re: Body damage

leave the dent and just add the bumper sticker...Chicks dig body damage!

and next time keep your back up sensors on.

sorry I feel bad but it was kinda funny.

Re: Body damage

Nothing worse then breaking your Jeep in the parking lot!!!!! I was surprised I wasn't even more angry... I now find it funny. I always wondered how people have dents in the back of their cars, when they have back-up sensors...Now I am someone else's laugh!!!

Re: Body damage

i was mad about my wrangler wreck at first ! but then i realized, eff it being mad wont make it disappear. i hydroplaned and went up an embankment at 45 mph, my right front passenger side wheel hit a stump in the mud, stumps DO NOT move, bent the axle back 13 inches, broke my leaf spring, effed up the quater panel too. now i laugh, nothing i could have done to stop it, sh*t happens.. it could happen on the walls, carpet, toilet, sink, tub, dinner table, so be it !
