Body Side Panels "Whistleing"????

I, as like evryone else, hates dup threads, so if this is one i apologize but I havent seen any others with my problem.

My chrome side panels, whistle when my air is on high, and car is parked, completly stopped. Although I know this is highly unlikely, the only way to describe it is, its like my a/c is pumping out so much volume of air, its like the air is trying to escape the interior of the vehicle anyway it can, and I have a feeling thats my weak leak. Any ideas on how to get it to stop whistling? If I painted them? Drop a little glue behind the panel?

Thanks!

OP

you dont even eed to remove the door panel, you could prolly get enough tape on it just doing the peek-a-boo from the bottom looking up into the door./

Re: Body Side Panels "Whistleing"????

Interresting, so unless I wanna DUCK up the ride, Im up the creek huh? I read a post about the Plasti-Dip'ed wheels, I was thinking about doing it....Think it would be retarted with a navy paint job, also was thinking about doing the chrome side rails, do you think removing them, plasti-dipping them, and reinstallation would make the whistle worse or better?

I was always taught that once removed, nothing would go back together correctly stock...Being non-jeep-savy, im a little intimidated with customization....

thanks for all the help guys!
