Re: Brake Pads

Hey guys I just kept my brake pads stock because I personally like the look, however, I did want to spruce up the look of them, so I bought this G2 Red brake caliper paint to give it that aftermarket appeal. I was so shocked how much this paint just made my car pop, it was a cheap and easy upgrade that I got done in a half of day on the weekend. I really recommend this product the company I bought it from got it to me really fast. Check this stuff out if your looking for a cheap, but powerful upgraded look to your car.

the paint is for the brake calipers, brake pads do not alter the look.

Oh yeah, no doubt.

Not to sound like an ass, but I have no idea why people with, ahem.. JEEPS, are putting high performance brake set-ups on their rides, LOL. Unless you're tracking it every other weekend (a real/twisty track) and need the stopping power, or just flat out don't like dollar bills, I just don't see the point.

But hey, to each his own.

Re: Brake Pads

Well the SRT differs because it has high performance brakes as you well know, so R1's arent really a waste IMO. But yeah on a regular DD Jeep, I wouldnt do it.

OEM Rotors and Wagner Thermoquiets FTW!

So you're saying it's worth it to upgrade the rotors on an SRT...?

Re: Brake Pads

why do anything to a Jeep? Why upgrade the stereo system? Is it not loud enough? Why do anything to a Jeep....or any vehicle for that matter?
