Center bezel lights not working

I am dealing with a problem from previous owner my center bezel lights on the one side are not working. I pulled out the center bezel and found my cigarette lighter wires broken and touching each other. Since than i spliced back together and cigarette lighter is still not working and neither are the lights. Is there some type of fuse or relay that needs to be replaced ?

If it is the 20 amp fuse under the dash located in slot number 14. I checked that one and it was not blown

Re: Center bezel lights not working

Pardon me for jumping onto your post with a slightly different question, but I'm having a very similar problem with the lights above the climate controls for the info system buttons. After the hacks at the dealership took the dash out to attempt to fix my stalling issues, now only one is now lit. No good pic right now, she has the Jeep, but its the "C/T RESET STEP MENU" buttons if I recall correctly.

Yes, normally I would take it back to dealership X and have them repair their damage, but if you've read my thread on my stalling issues you'll understand why I'd rather fix this myself. Basically they're a 1 step forward 3 steps back kind of place, so I'd rather replace these myself instead of having them destroy my trim panels and break my windshield trying to replace these bulbs...

She has the death machine right now but later today I'll be checking the fuses. If it is a bulb does anyone know the part number for these or are they soldered into a board? If they are soldiered in, the bulb would still be greatly appreciated if known.

Thanks
Greg
