check engine light?

First cold day this winter, check engine light comes on. Throwing codes po175 and po151. I found the codes mean air/fuel mixture too lean and below normal voltage on bank 2 sensor 1. It has the 3.7 with only 60,000 kms. Any help would be appreciated. Tempted to just replace the oxygen bank 2 sensor 1 if I could find it's location. Dealer told me there are 4 sensors and all have the same part # for 68 bucks each.
