yeah headlights do allow some moisture in.....

I would look at all the bulb sockets, they rubber may be wearing......

and dry that out with heat......blow dryer or something./

my headlights in my old WJ got condensation in them. i used a blowdryer to dry them out and they were fine until the next time i went through a car wash. but i was able to find that the seal was cracked and i put some sealer on it and i was good to go.
