I like option B or C But remeber there is no way to mount the pips out side the rear frame crash rails that are to the left and right of the spare tire. There is too much stuff in the way on the drivers side to make it fit and look good. the pipes need to be within those frame rails between them and the spare tire. If you keep the pipes tight to the underside and well bent then you should be able to replicate Marlins Exhaust which looks like B.
