FINALLY....wtf

So i finally got my head unit installed and working great but then........... i tried hooking up my subwoofer and amp and now my aftermarket head unit wont turn on at all i had everything working blue tooth dvd and now the damn thing wont even turn on i hate cheap fawking head units that u fine online

Sounds like a fuse to me. Check main fuse in the fuse box and on the back of the radio

So you had the head unit hooked up, the went to hook up the amp, and everything went dead. Then you hooked up the stock headunit and everything works fine, correct? Did the new unit have plugs on the back for the amp to hook up to? Also did you hookup the remote turn on for the amp?

i had to hook up the remote amp with the boston acoustic amp then when i tied in both amps with the amp turn on i turned it on and it wouldnt turn on i took off the sub amp and it still wouldnt turn on

I messed up a few headunits before. They wouldnt power on when i had all the wires hooked up but when i grounded the "body" of the radio it would work. Try that. Also hook up the radio to the battery directly. Connect the yellow and red wire together and put it on positive and put ground on negative.
