Re: fobik

As far as I know, as long as the dodge keys haven't been programmed to another car already they should work.

If you have two keys, you can do the programming yourself. If not, they have to be done at the dealership (they charged me $80 to program my 2nd key, now I can duplicate them myself).

I bought my 3rd key from justforjeeps.com (around $130 I believe) and programmed it myself (free).

Re: fobik

There are different part numbers for different vehicles. Sorry.

case in point, we had a guy with a 10' challanger srt8 in to have an E-bay key he bought cut and programmed. It programmed to the vehicle but when you would go to start it wouldnt detect the key (rke functions worked). Wrong part number.
