I am completely stumped so hopefully someone can help. Last summer I put on an OME 2 inch lift and everything was going well. A few months later I began to get a rattle/grinding in the front driver side. Here is a parts list of what I have done to chase it down.
-New hub assembly
-New driver side CV shaft
-New lower control arm with all new bushings
-Replaced all 3 differential bushings
-New swaybar bushings/endlinks
-New front drive shaft
and nothing has changed
The sound is only heard on the driver side front when driving down the road pressing the throttle slightly. Pressing the pedal past half throttle, or completely letting off makes the sound stop. I am starting to think there is an internal issue with the differential but would like to avoid tearing into it without trying everything else first.
Anyone with any ideas?
