You have to twist and remove them...Not just twist!

I made that mistake the first time I tried taking it off! LOL

Re: Front spoiler clearance in snow

yes they do. twist a quarter turn and they should fall out. then its just a matter of grabbing the spoiler and slide it out from the ends first. takes about 30 secijnds once you have done it once.

Re: Front spoiler clearance in snow

I already broke mine this winter. I slid in to the frozen pile of snow at the edge of my hill/drive way and it broke the RH corner tab off so i took off completely and i will get a new one in the spring. From now on i will take it off every winter.

Re: Front spoiler clearance in snow

I took mine off this weekend when I was washing the Jeep so I could get all the crap out from behind it, and I like the way it looks now that is lifted without the air damn on there. Wanna get one of those 4xguard front skids now.

Re: Front spoiler clearance in snow

Well I did not remove mine because they said we was not getting that much snow. Ends up I pushed snow over 20 inches deep and broke the damn thing.

Re: Front spoiler clearance in snow

That sucks. I broke the end tab off mine so i took it off and now i need to get a new one before spring b/c i think it looks like ass w/o a lift. I just need to find a new one cheap b/f my other half finds out i broke something on my WK. LOL As much as its my jeep and my pride and joy its her pride and joy as well and she is very picky about it. LOL

Re: Front spoiler clearance in snow

Snow Came, and Went, I Left mine On, Luckily Nothing Broke With all my Driving Around in the snow...::Knocks on Wood:: i think being that cold for so long kinda weakens the plastic and makes it break alot easlier, but when i go offroading i def take it off.

Sorry Yours Broke Man, Sucks More Cause Yours is Painted. Mine is Regular Black. I wonder how much that will set u back

Th 08+ models do look very weird with it on, the olders ones dont look quite as bad.
