Re: Fun in the snow.

In the spring I'm gonna put 20" 2011 Jeep rims on my 07 overland with some summer run-flats. Anybody done this? I wanted SRT rims but they want 1500 a rim instead of 500 per for the new rims.

Yea but you live in a warm area. If I use my hose now, the water would freeze before it hits my car LOL

The ''new jeep'' doesn't have a front locker does it? I would imagine the 05-10 Wk would do better with QDII since it locks up the front and rear.

the 2011 rims have a really positive offset of like 56 or 58. They may tuck in the wells a little more.
Instead of the oem SRT's...have you considered the replicas? I got a set of black replicas for $700 shipped

A set meaning all 4 for $700? My concern is the Jeep is a very heavy vehicle (I assume my overland with the diesel is the heaviest) and I fear that replicas aren't exactly up to par. Plus, if I buy the new 2011's from Jeep ($450 a rim, more like $400 because the CDN is strong), I'm still covered under warranty if anything goes wrong wheel-wise.
