Wow really weird, but ill go with what asativa said, sounds feasible. Glad you got it straightened out. Id recheck all bolts and lube any moving joints/parts again and see if the noise goes away. Always good to recheck after a drive anyway, sometimes things that weren't torqued properly work themselves loose and you can solve that issue before its causes any serious damage to anyone/thing

I will ! Its not a good thing to loose a front wheel on the highway !

There is better lub than other... just in case, do you know a good lube/grease for this kind of application ?

Re: Help !!! Front Bilstein don't compress !?

I think I am having the exact same problem here .. just installed a 2" RC and bilstein shocks, and the lift looks much higher than expected. so are we saying the solution is to just pound it down ?
I am having similar effects on the UCA ball joint (and angle on others too).

Other issue I have is the Lower spring perch is now touching the wheel arm:

Re: Help !!! Front Bilstein don't compress !?

Wheel alignment complete, front shocks are faulty as front ride height left to right is 2cm difference (shocks are same length) so I am assuming one is not compressing as much as the other ... going to send them back for a direct replacement. Truck now pulls to one side..

Should have gone the OME route

Re: Help !!! Front Bilstein don't compress !?

Shocks seemed to have stabilized a bit, but wheel alignment seems to be a bit off. Will do another wheel alignment and compare if things have changed ...

Thanks, mean and rugged was always in the plan

The pillars where wrapped in matt black vinyl. everything else was painted (grill, rails, door/window trim, tail trim, door handles)

More exterior pics can be seen in this thread: dechrome silver WK?

Interior was done in 'real' carbon fibre vinyl wrap: Interior Trim Carbon Fibre, Leather steering wheel.
