Switch it to your "miles until next check" or "miles since your last check" or whatever it is, and press Reset.

On '08 and up Jeep models...

The oil change indicator can be reset using the following steps:
1. Turn the ignition key to ON but do not start the engine.
2. Slowly depress the accelerator to the floor and release it three times within 10 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.

Do not be overly surprised if it goes off early either. They sometimes pop at 2,000-2,500 miles and sometimes up to 5,500 miles. There is an integrating algorithm that computes this. Read about it here: http://www.wkjeeps.com/wk_oil_indicator.htm

Dealer told me that they sometimes go off early. Mine did twice at 50K miles, but functioned normally before that and since then.

I do oil / filter change at 5K miles, unless the EVIC message appears about 4.5K miles. Warranty calls for 6K miles (max), especially important if you have extended or lifetime powertrain warranty.
