Re: HELP with shocks/struts

That's it. They used the existing hardware for the struts. And I did the rear absorbers myself. Super simple on the rears

Re: HELP with shocks/struts

Also remember you need to replace the front strut mounts when installing new struts. Some have not done this when swapping struts, which means the strut / setup is not as tight as it should be, as mounts are a wear item and new ones will make a notable difference in ride and handling.

Re: HELP with shocks/struts

You can get pricing from tirerack or other distributor listed on koni US website on these, probably the best shocks you can get for the WK.
http://www.koni.com/fileadmin/user_u..._2100-4108.pdf They cost about twice what Bilstien HD go for, but will ride far smoother and with much better handling, and also have lifetime warrantee.
Also, I bought KYB's for my Pathfinder a few years back and after a week removed them and put the 60k mile stockers back on, as they were rough riding and did not match the suspension setup.

Please explain? Part #'s? I replaced me struts over a year ago and did not change the mounts...am I missing out?
