Im looking for an exhaust system for my 09 hemi wk, Im not sure if I want to go with a catback because for the price, it does not seem worth it. And I want something loud. So ive been thinking of just replacing the muffler with maybe the dynomax bullet muffler because Ive heard they're loud, but what about the cherrybomb glass-pack? is it as loud as the dynomax? And what about straight pipes? has anyone done this, in my research and experience I have found that that even though straight pipes can get obnoxiously loud and get the cops attention, I love the sound.

I think the catback's are pretty much all the same size as the stock exhaust so i've been told its not worth it. Im going with an 18in magnaflow since I want a fairly loud ride but I also dont have the resonator on my 05' 4.7 so you might want to look into removing also that if you want louder which I think the catback does?

The type of steel used is the difference.

"Installer series" = aluminized steel
"XP series" = T409 steel (most exhaust systems use this 'cheaper' grade)
"Pro series" = T304 steel (better steel grade)

I have the MBRP Pro Series Part #: S5508304 installed on my 09 GC Hemi Limited. It's loud with a lot of cabin resonance and drone. SWMBO hates it!:headbang:

Shoot man just get the Gibson catback exhaust. I got it because it gives me the most power and a great sound with no drone. 3" pipe instead of 2.5" (Mopar, Magnaflow, Borla use 2.5") The reason the MBRP has drone is because i beleive it has no resonator, the gibson does have a resonator.
