Hemi in Grand Cherokee WK Laredo

Hey guys, I don't know if anyone has done this before (I'm sure it has been done) but I am looking to replace my 3.7 V6 with either the 5.7 V8...6.1 SRT or a custom built hemi from a shop which would probably be a 6.3 liter. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions where I could get this done either Locally (Long Island, NY) or even with online websites. Also what other parts on the car would I need to replace other than the block considering our WK's come equipped for a V8 (from what I'm told). I know I will need to replace the rear axel as well as new tires to compensate the extra power.

x4

Not to mention 05-07 laredo's don't get any of the good options, an SRT will have SRT interior suspension and wheels, limited's get 2 tone pleather... I just scratched the surface of options, but your better off to get the whole package for less money.

The first number I was told would've been about 7,500-8,000 to do the swap. But today I found out it is realistically more like 15,000 so like most of you said it's not worth it when I could sell my jeep now and find an srt for about 7-10,000 more. Thanks for the help guys!
