My cousin and I were just kicking around ideas on where or how to mount a hi-lift jack. Thought about mounting on the back of the liftgate but idk if it'd work. Weight limit may be an issue with keeping the liftgate open. Figured buy these mounts....
The bolts that come with it look too short so I'd go to the store and buy longer ones. Pop the plastic paneling of and maybe weld a couple steel squares to reinforce the holes that will be drilled. Just an idea that I figured I'd bouce of you guys to get some input. I did a shit job in the paint program but you get the idea here.....
In retrospect I might see if it'd fit where the Jeep logo is. Got to see if the jack fits and check behind the paneling in that area.
