my xenon depot HIDs have been in for 3 years........have you been driving for 3 years??

for starters, if you want to start comparing the systems, lets start with that 23 cent 'harness' they sent and look at the one matt posted. enough said.

buddy, xenondepot hids destroy the ddmtuning hids. The quality of the product is uncomparable.

You need to slow your role buddy. My HIDS have been in mine and my dads vehicles for the past 1-2 years. Ne]]Best quality kit Ive ever had to own, and Ive gone through my fair share of hid kits.

Ive used xenondepot, vvme, ddmtuning, ebay junk, and buessfakt.

Xenondepot kits destroy the competition.

Re: HID Help

What is quality? They all cause glare, they all give out greater light output than halogens, they all come in temps that you want, warranty, customer service. I dont get how one is better than the other.(maybe there's a way or tool to measure this maybe not) Put Brands A,B,C in Cars 1,2,3 and can you really pick out which one have A? Dont know how one can be sure to say Brand A > Brand B.Im sure there's good and bad reviews for all brands but from what it seems from previous post it's about $$. If money is not an issue, why not go for the most expensive brand you can buy.

I can only recommend and say what i bought and use. I have kits for my lows and fogs from DDM tuning. It does it job, gives greater light output while giving glare to other drivers, so im satisfied. They got a lifetime warranty and the one time i had problems with my hid bulb (due to my installation fault, the bulb burn a part of my fog housing) they told me to mail back the bulb and the next week they send me another pair.(bulbs are cheap too so i wouldve bought another one if they didnt)

Again if you can afford it, why not purchase a set of OEM projectors. Better choice for you and other drivers than HID in a regular housing.

Re: HID Help

^^what he said....i think the only difference is with the Xenondepots, the polarity is always right, but for half the price, i dont mind having to switch the plug haha...i can only comment on what ive had and thats DDMtuning, and its a great kit

Re: HID Help

LOOK at the harness they give you. Everyone always has issues with it, so many HID HELP threads because of their harness.

Remember guys, for jeeps, harnesses are required, so when guys have to purchase xenondepot relay harnesses to make their ddmtuning kit work, well then there is an issue dont you think???

good deal; lets consider it 'rested'

that smart ass post directed towards me was not in line with what you are saying now. I never said one bad word about any product, only shared MY OPINION about what I have. you took it from there.

i'm rested too.

Re: HID Help

I love my kits from XD...volt kit...slim ballasts are nice. But I cannot attest to them being better than any other product, all I know is the ones I have are very nice quality and have been chugging away for almost a year with no issues. Good luck, and either way you will be happy over the stock halogens!!!!

Re: HID Help

Like I've said....in the past ive used kits from ddmtuning, vvme, xenondepot, ebay brand and a german one, xenondepots kits fit the best into the bulb holes, nothing needs to be trimmed. XD ballasts are built extremely better. xenondepot comes with two seperate relays instead of one as most other companies send.

The right there is already three things better then any other kit. Im sure if someone actually goes DEEP down, I bet the performance of a XD kit is actually better than the others
