Same here...only I have 265/70/17's which work out to about a 31.7" tire. Didn't notice a real big change in mpg or power loss. The EVIC is gonna be off since the change in the tire size but everything still seems fine to me.

2006 Grand Cherokee 4.7L 4x4 w/ QT2, Full OME HD Lift, 265/70/17 General Grabber AT2's, Custom Intake, 29.5" Cherry bomb glass pack muffler w/ stock piping(didn't cost much but i love the sound) :D, Superchips flashpaq, Boston Acoustic audio system, 2 12" JL Audio W3's in a sealed enclosure. Kenwood amp 1000 watts rms, 1600 peak.
