Re: How to increase power output on a stock 3.7 V6

Since we're on the topic . . . Has anyone installed headers on their 3.7? My uncle works for a shop in Orange, CA that make custom headers and their willing to give me a hefty discount. These guys have a good rep and ive seen the work they do. . . just curious to know what kind of improvements a mod like this would make.

It's a resistor that makes the IAT read 20º cooler, increasing fuel economy and performance slightly (especially in warmer weather). Available through AirRam for...$50 is it? Dunno, got mine used.

Has a female receptor and male plug just as you will find on your existing IAT wire so it's as simple as mods get - just plug and play.

Re: How to increase power output on a stock 3.7 V6

Would it be easy to install (cuz I have no idea about the engine, honestly)? How would I know what resistor to use?

On the AirRam website it says you do your own resistor.

Re: How to increase power output on a stock 3.7 V6

Headers would be sweet, Im probably going to send my computer to B&G performance in the next few months. Ive heard great results from Liberty owners who sent theirs in for a flash.
