Injector plug removal

I can't seem to remove the injector plugs from my 2008 5.7 Hemi.

Tried pulling up on the red part but doesn't want to move?

Re: Injector plug removal

Just got it. Had to get a hook underneath the plug for it to release.
Don't know if that is the right way but it works.

Re: Injector plug removal

Glad you got them, they can be tough some times, one thing that helps is if you fully seat the connector on the injector, pressing it in then using your thumb to slide up on the lock tab. Sometimes they are hard and brittle and require more, a pick or screw driver, but they usually come off without too much headache.

Not replacing the injectors. I was just removing the whole wiring loom from the Jeep as pulling it all apart.
