Talking Installed New Scanner!

So my new Uniden BCT8 Trunktracker III came in today. Got it programmed and in the jeep within an hour, as a replacement to my outdated and cheap uniden scanner is great, nice feature set, very easy to program and works beautifully with my exterior antenna. Loving it so far! And for anyone who knows scanners, my area is all analog, so this thing gets everything, NO digital around here!

Shes hardwired into power, inline with my valentine one so that the kill switch for the valentine kills the scanner to, nice way to quiet all my loud countermeasures with one switch!

Re: Installed New Scanner!

^ Looks sweet but I agree, my leg/hip would be all up into that haha. Im not that big but still seems like a tough spot to fit one?

Cool to see someone likes scanners though, great hobby and great defense if you do the speed thing haha. Personally, Im not that serious about defense but this is the ticket if you are, will certainly let you know if an LEO is on you haha.

I'm a 275 pound football player lol it does not bother me at all. I sit far enough back that my leg extends to the gas pedal and it stays away from it. Its the perfect spot to reach it
