Installing trailer brake controller on '07

I have a Tekonsha proportional controller for my trailer brakes. I saw a reference to a green wire behind the under dash electrical panel that connects directly to the 7 pin connector in the back. I cannot find this courtesy wire. Does the '07 with the factory towing package have this wire?
