Re: Just cause im that lazy...

I am not 100% sure, but you could just probably swap the motor and switch with one like the front.

I want to do this too. Are the switches on the drivers door a bank of four switches or are they two sets of two, front and rear?? If they are two sets, then maybe you the rears can be exchanged for a set of fronts. Not sure why they did not do this from the factory - sure is nice on my X5 to just hit all of them briefly and have all four windows drop.

5.7Unlimited is just really nice
Re: Just cause im that lazy...

I dont think you could just swap a set of 'fronts' in there, a lot more work would be involved in this than you would think, plus the fronts have pinch protection which would make things more complicated for the rear setup.

Re: Just cause im that lazy...

swapping the switch has been tried unsuccessfully. im guessing you need switches and modules (regulators)

There should be a way to rewire the board on the switch to make it do it. we are getting infor together to do the same thing on a friends subie. Should be along the same lines.

One big thing though is there will be no pinch protection.
