I've installed several kits from www.advancedkeys.com

Very nice quality, take a look into them.

If you go to the www.advancedkeys.com site you can find a PDF of the instructions to get an idea of how the install is done.

Re: Keyless push button start?

I would think trying to install a push button on ours would be like opening a can of worms considering how tied in the ignition is to the truck.

Agreed, with the WKs being as sensitive as they are, i personally wouldn't mess with it. Remote starter no problem, push button start though not something i'd mess with.
