lightning bolt, traction control, limp mode, hard brakes?

I installed a 2" RC lift last weekend. Today I drove it roughly 40 miles to the tire shop and got some 265/70r18s installed. Then I drove it another 40 miles to the alignment shop. I didn't make it 2 miles from the alignment shop before all this happened. I hit the accelerator and it sounded like it was misfiring bad. the traction control light came on and the red lightning bolt is flashing. When I start it in park it revs itself from idle to 2000 rpm over and over and over but it still sounds like its misfiring. The brake pedal also became VERY hard to press, its a good thing I wasn't in traffic when it happened because with both feet on the pedal i was still barely able to get it stopped.

any ideas?

P.S. it is an 08 Grand Cherokee Limited with a 5.7.

Re: lightning bolt, traction control, limp mode, hard brakes?

Update. A reducer off my intake sucked in to the throttle body.

I'm going to agree with Jeff on this--dafuq?

That rubber sleeve with the giant hose clamps on it is your intake reducer. UNLESS--was there a smaller than spec tube from the intake, and this "reducer" was inside the reducer?

What kind of intake, and can you show us a pic of just the piece?

Hope the Hemi was fine after you removed it.

Yeah everything is fine now. It was just a Spectre cone filter from autozone
