lowering 05 wk! need advice

Hi my name is Evan. I've got an 05 2wd 3.7 grand cherokee. I've been wanting to drop it and kind of trick it out. Make it unique. My wife drives it and I want to turn it into something that turns heads and something she would be proud to take to a car show. All I've seen is a bunch of srt8 stuff. Wheels body kit lowering springs etc. I've seen a few pics of a 2 inch drop and 22 inch wheels on the same body but it doesn't look lowered enough. Between the drop and the 22 inch wheels it looks to be at factory ride height. Need some advice!!!! Thanks!

Re: lowering 05 wk! need advice

While tricked out cars look cool with the lowered susp and big wheels, in reality they nearly all drive like crap in the real world, i.e., all hot dog and no mustard. WIth that many miles, likely is in need of tons of replacement parts already spending more on the giant wheels and tires than the vehicle is probably worth.
