Can anyone do me a big favour and let me know which pins in the media centre or Mygig plug is supposed to have power? I presume there would be two with a permanent for the memory and a key on one. Also what fuse number as mine is completely dead and don't know if it was working before the accident or not as did not own it then. I am hoping that the WH and WK share the same plugs. Be great to know anyway in case it is dead and would allow me to bid in US ones when they come up on eBay.
I have a 2008 spec Limited.
Connectors are the same, but there are some wiring differences. If you get a U.S. model radio stations will not work, and if it is a nav radio you won't be able to use the maps. For starters I would pull the radio (easy to do) and remove/reinsert the connections on the back to make sure they are tight.
Awesome guys. Will try the unplug and replug first and then start checking power and ground wires if no go. The pin out page Mike will really help with that.
Well Mike your link saved the day as I got it working once I hot wired a positive straight to it. Just can't work out which fuse it should be as don't have a owners manual except for the one I downloaded from WKjeeps. It just said it was fuse 1 under the dash which is 30 amps. No numbers on mine and the only 30 amp fuse tested perfectly?
