Right on, Swithback!! Aside from poor drivinig habits, improper (low) tire inflation is probably the biggest killer of fuel economy.

I too run nitrogen in my siped Toyo Proxes tires, but I run 40 PSI in the fronts and 38 PSI in the rears, and seldom have to add any. I've got almost 40K on them and they're not half worn yet, which makes me a little unhappy. As soon as they wear out I can get my SRT Rep. wheels. Maybe I should just have them studded and use them for winter only......it would be a good justification to the wife, don't you think??
