They all look the same to me ...

The price difference could be mfg. of the filter or any number of other reasons

I've always bought mine from the MB dealer right down the street and never had any issues. Not saying the others won't work, but the trans fluid doesn't get changed that often so I've never really given it much thought.
If you do buy one of the cheaper one's check it out real good and post up your thoughts on the quality....

Ended up going with a Febi-Bilstein that I picked up from the local parts store. Cost me 12 euros (about 15~16 bucks). Fella behind the counter said that from what was available, Febi was the way to go. From my experience with him in the past, he seems like a straight shooter.
