Need Advice on rims/tires for 06 Hemi

ok, been lurking with the occasional post for a little bit, bought some stock SRT8 springs and the Front Lip is on the way, next is tires/rims. I like the SRT's and am looking at factory and replica. Seems factory is lighter by 4lbs a wheel, that's significant.... found replica's with tires for about 1,500 to my door. have also come across some factory rims that have been chromed with good tires for 2,000. Any opinions ? I'm in no rush to do this so I got time

Thanks,

Mike

Take full advantage of the Jeep's on road, and off road capabilities with a setup like this:

OEM wheels will be better quality, but you'd have to get the factory chrome. Its a trade off. Personally I'd go with the OEM's, mainly for quality and reliability.

My opinion...save the $500 and put it somewhere else on your Jeep. I own BOTH wheels you are speaking of and the replicas are excellent quality too. Plus...if something happens to a wheel...god forbid....you dont have to replace a very expensive wheel.
