Honestly, we dont sell many of those. They wear a little fast. But they are not a terrible tire. If your getting a tire that comes in a stock size i would get that as well, those come in a 245/65/17 and wider tires will be worse in snow as well, the 255/65/17 is just wider, not taller, the amount its taller is so little its not noticable.
If you want a Yokohama Tire get the Geolander AT/s, they seem to last a good amount of time and handle well for an AT.
I would look in to the hancook ventus as RH07, we sell alot of those to suv owners and they have good reviews.
Also if you want an AT tire, look in to the Hancook Dynapro ATM rf 10, great reviews and looks great too. We sell tons.
steel clear of Continental tires and General tires (except for the Grabber at 2 its a great AT tire with a 60k mile warranty)
Continental and General are the same company and many tires are identical. They wear really fast and dont perform very well.
The Bridgestone Dueller at revo is a good tire but pricy, and we dont sell many other Bridgestone/Fire stone tires besides the revos. They also tend to wear fast.
Dunlops an Kumhos suck.
If you have the cash and want a good 70k + mile tire, Get the Michelin LTX MS2. Expensive but its a great tire and will last a long time. They last long and perform well. Michelins are well worth the money.
Pirelli makes great performing tires but they only last about 20k miles.
Personally i am getting Hancook Dynapro ATm RF10 tires. Nice beefy AT but 50k mile warranty great reviews and we sell alot of them with no complaints. Or if i have the $$$ i would love to buy a 235/75/17 Michelin LTX MS 2.
Seems like ive ruled out alot but i am going by personal research ive done (i do tons of research when buying tires because its such a big expense) and i learn from what the customers are saying and what i see in the tires when i work on them.
