New Exhaust, Fixed Issues, Good Day

Well iv been dealing with the issue of my rear end being wobbly whenever driven. I finally have a few days off and got a chance to take it to get looked at. I got up bright and early and went out to my mechanics and he knew as soon as he looked at it what was wrong. When I hit a pothole a few days back the belt in the right rear tire failed and caused a major bulge in the tire, causing it to wobble when driving.
I was happy to hear it was something simple, and decided to take care of that and my leaky exhaust at the same time, I went and bought two more tires, same as the ones on it of course, and had the right one swapped out and had the other new on put on the spare because the new tires are bigger then stock.
Then I made some phone calls and found a place that sold a flowmaster muffler for my Jeep, picked it up for 107$ including tax and went to a muffler shop to have it welded on, another 50$ and a half hour later and I left with a massive smile on my face, thing sounds AWESOME. Im gonna try and get a video up, but basically all he did was cut out the stock muffler and the section that was leaking, and welded on a whole new pipe. Very Very happy with it, will get a vid as soon as this crazy weather stops, its pouring rain and freezing on contact, pretty nuts.

Not it almost felt like driving on a square tire lol, it was a decent bulge but it was on the inside of the tire so i didnt see it when I looked over them the other day. And thanks, its insane, I love it.

4 Inches of snow last night and now its pouring and freezing on everything, we had a fire call and its bad enough that we all sat at the station untill the chief got on scene and called us off for a false alarm, its crazy out there.

Re: New Exhaust, Fixed Issues, Good Day

Glad you got the wobble fixed and that tire didn't blow out on you! Where in PA do you live? I'm headed to Harrisburg tomorrow for the big outdoor show.
