New issues... Hemi problems

So I noticed today that my 5.7 seems to pulse from 400 - 6/700 rpms while in drive at a stop light. It doesn't seem to do it all the time just every once in a while. I changed plugs about 3 months ago, oil was changed about 2k ago... everything seems to be good. I have another problem and I have a hunch that they might be related.

Problem 2 - While under hard acceleration with the HVAC on I get a sweet smell like coolant. I also noticed that over the period o two months my windscreen on the very bottom right by the vents seems to have some accumulation or brown dusty look stuff.

Any ideas?

Maybe it's time to change your EGR Valve for the RPM's. I'm changing mine soon.

HVAC- I don't have that problem, but with the brown dust it's from outside. That means you should buy a Cabin Air Filter.

EGR was changed less than 15k ago with mopar part. I will have to look into cabin air filter. I was thinking my heater core might have something to do with it seeing how that would be the only HVAC/Coolant part... how ever I don't notice any leaks... and my coolant hasn't drop in level since I bought it.

Any chance you have a pic? Is it just dust or oily dirt?
