Re: new plugs in and...

just take your time, undo the sensor clips by squeezing and pulling up,then use a 10mm socket for the coils, dont take the screws all the way out, pull up gently and the two boots will come off the plugs, take the socket and you will need a 9,6,and three inch extension depending on which plug your taking off,i used a piece of 3/8 fuel line to take the plugs out and to put back in to avoid cross threading, put a dab of antiseize on,dont overtorque,12-14 lbs, reinstall coil and sensor,do one at a time, the driver front and right rear are the hasrdest but do able, gap to .045,do it on a cold motor only

Be sure to read the "Installation Tips" about half way down the page. DO NOT use anti-seize on NEW plugs. If you take them out and reinstall the same ones.....then yes, a little dab will do ya.

If you're using NGK's like me, here's their reference and reasoning: http://www.ngkplugpro.ca/content/con...SparkPlugs.pdf

Re: new plugs in and...

One more thing that makes a big difference with the Hemi is remove and clean the TB, then put in a CC to keep things clean. This really wakes up the 5.7 as the TB gets covered in baked on gunk, and throttle response suffers.
