yes,got rid of jack and compartments,made 2 custom boxes that i fiberglassed to the bottom of panels. going to find a spot for jack, never used other compartment

no but i can take some pics tomorrow of it. i bult the boxes and cut the edges to contour to the bottom of pannel then fiberglassed them then used clear silicone to seal it even better!!

I think a cool idea if you want to keep the floor in like that, would be to cut off the flaps where the subs are mounted, then cut some MDF to the same size as the flaps, mount the subs in that, then wrap it in gray carpet. I think that would look pretty nice and factory. You might even be able to fit three 10's across the back like that. That would be pretty sick. (of course you would need subs that work with very little air space like Solo Barics).
