Nice cheap air horn - no air compressor or tank required

Hey guys, just figured I'd try and give a little back to the community since this community has helped me so much in such a short time.

I recently had an air horn installed that doesn't require an additional air compressor or an air tank. It was $65, it's a continuous horn, it's small so the WK has plenty of places to fit it, it's legal in the state of FL and it's a really nice upgrade.

Obviously youtube video footage isn't as good as in real life, but it'll give you some idea:

It's a Stebel Nautilus and can be found on eBay or purchased here: http://www.hornblasters.com/products...cycle-air-horn

i have seen a steibel but it was the ~100 TRUCK version IIRC.

Grip Grip is the member I know who has one for a while now....maybe he'll chime in about longevity.

did you leave the original horn? what happens when you hit the lock button on the fob? which horn sounds? thx.

I left the original horn, but you can't hear it because this new one over powers it. I have the horn disabled if I hit the lock button on the FOB, but if I hit the panic button, the Stebel Nautilus goes off with the stock horn. On my previous vehicle, I had it setup to where I could switch between horns from inside the cabin, but I never used the stock horn, so I didn't ask for a switch to be installed this time. It's probably $5 extra for a switch and 30-60 mins worth of labor.

Re: Nice cheap air horn - no air compressor or tank required

hey in your OP there is something above your image shack picture . i see the red X but its setting off my MALWAREBYTES.

http: //www.freeadsonlineuk .com/_mm/_d/_ext2/36354/big_stebel%20nautilus%20chrome%20air%20horn%20139d b01.jpg

then i see a photo from imageshack. http://i mg40 5.imageshack.us/img4 05/5755/img00309201010151313.jpg

might want to consider photobucket./ or delete that top pic from freeadsonline. its trying to infect the rest of us with MALWARE
