Normal Transmission FLuid?

I wiped the dip-stick on the paper towel. Fluid seems clear/red, but it looks like something was on the dip-stick from the fluid. Gray. Normal particles which have an electrical affinity for the metal dipstick (all I could think of?), or issue?

The brown to the top/right is from the oil dip-stick, the red/gray are from transmission dip-stick, waited a bit before I took the picture (the fluid bled into the tissue), so went back out and wiped it again and immediately took a picture to show the color of the fluid better, that is the second photo.

*77K miles
*Transmission fluid changed at 70K miles, unk. previous history, fluid was red and pretty, then, though, did not pay attention to what I'm describing, now, could have been the same.

Re: Normal Transmission FLuid?

I did observe the same, but normally only the first time when the dipstick is pulled, a second swipe doesnīt show it anymore. (5-45RFE)
Seeing the colour, i would think of clutch material.
I donīt remember if it has always been like this though, but the smell of the fluid is normal and it doesnīt change over time (25.000 km on the fluid since last change)
