NV245 instead of NV140 for 3.7 Laredo

There is a desire to make an upgrade of mine WK from Qudra-Trac I to Quadra-Trac II. Differently, to replace single speed transfer case NV140 on NV245 with low range, neutral and diff lock. It will be pseudo QTII as transfer case management will be manual, by switches without control unit and fancy electrical dance

Somebody has any experience or suggestions?

Just wondering if it is easier/cheaper to swap TCs or install an ARB locker for 3.7L?
