I was searching about the PCM of the WK 2006 5.7 Hemi, i find that is the same part number for the 4X2 and 4X4, i have a 4X2, and i bougth a 4X4 PCM on ebay, i see that the differences resides in the Calibration, how much problems i will have if i use the 4X4 pcm in my 4X2 Jeep???
you will have to have the pcm married to your jeep anyway

Yes a friend has a SnapOn computer that says he can change the security code of the pcm, to match with my keys, well maybe i will be driving with a different vin, but it comes from a salvage jeep. The guy where i bought the pcm on ebay its called oem_electronics, which is the ebay guy u r talking about?
Well i will not have functional issues, from where i know thats why the SRT8 Cherokee uses 4X2 its to send all the power to the rear wheels, and not to split in the 4 wheels. Wich issues can i have with out mention the security issues.
I got married the 4X4 pcm, with my 4X2 jeep, i have been driving for this two past weeks and i dont have any issue or code, so i think its similar, and also found a list of CALIDs for both pcms, and where to times that uses the same calibration id. So it look likes it works.
