Question Please help me identify what this cable is for? T-case switch or not ??

My shifter bezel TCM module is going down the drain and wanted to try the good old technique of cleaning with contact solution and see if it helped despite all efforts epic fail

However when I was dismantling the bezel I found this extra harness not connected to anything at all ...

keep in mind I have a 3.7 w/out t-case switch

so I was wondering if this was the connector for that and if I got the bezel with the t-case switch would it work for mine ???

so instead of buying part # 68004143AF (w/out t-case switch) should I buy part# 68004144AF (w/ t-case switch)

I should also clarify some more ... the big connector goes into the bezel and the little one is the one that remains free and not connected to anything

thanks in advance

you do not have a 4-lo gear in your transfer case so i do not see that being possible. but that is what i think that cable is for.

There are extra stuff in the harness... Maybe it is something for a export model??

hmm interesting thanks for the input guys guess will leave it alone and spend $500 for the shifter bezel piece

It's interesting how all the dealers are stocked up on these parts as it is one of the faultiest units
