Just installed my BWoody links and front SRT8 and rear Addco bars. The links line up. I can post up pics if you think it will be helpful.

Re: problems with front bwoody sway links

i suspect your front sway bar. what is its origin?

as shown the links can ONLY go on ONE WAY.

i will get you some pics of my whole deal, bar and all and then we can compare.

mine are towed in under load like yours, no clunking noise though. I have the addco sways & bwoody links.

Re: problems with front bwoody sway links

let me clear that up a bit, your sway links are more angled than mine, but the top of the link where the head of the bwoody sway bar link meets the sway bar pretty much looks the same as mine, slight angle and deforming the bushing. I've had mine on for about a 18 months and the bushings are still perfect looking, nothing is chewed up or worn out. I'll poke around some more when I take my bumper off.

the clunk starts to develop when the bushing becomes deformed enough. clunking is more consistent when its raining. i appreciate the help. i've changed this bar out 4-5 times already. i called bwoody a month or two ago. they said i was the first complaint. i don't remember if the stock setup was angled??

my concern isn't so much the clunk but what is causing that link to be kinked-in which results in getting the clunk. i also have the srt bar that i tried...got the same result. i'm going to re-install the srt bar again. i'll take pics. have a happy 4th everyone

i have changed the bar out about 5x already, if not more. one of those times i put it in upside down...out of frustration and not being carefull. it was a bonehead move on my part. thanks to all the guys who noticed. i reinstalled the bar the correct way and still have the same problem. on thurs i am going to take the addco out and reinstall the srt bar. i'll keep you posted. can anyone take pics of the addco or srt front sways with the oem sway links to see if maybe its normal for them to be kinked/towed in?
