To add on tho, you will need to recalibrate the tcm so that bit will shift properly and then you'll need to racalibrate the Speedo to correct for the new gear as well. A dealer cannot do this as the 3.73 was never an option for any 3.7 WK. I have the means to do the recalibration myself or for anyone with a dodge/jeep using my hptuners software

Put my under drive kit on. Process was fairly simple and straight forward. Took an hr to get it done.

However...

Airram. You failed at properly recommending a belt.

That's right. Airram has failed me. They recommend continental elite 4060855 (formally Goodyear gator back) but that belt is about 2 inches too short.

Our stock belt is as follows.
89.50 inch long by 1 inch wide with 6 ribs.

Airrams recommended belt.
85.50 x 1 6ribs.

The belt I just next day ordered is a continental elite series as well. It's specs are as follows...
87.50 x 1 6ribs.
My new belts P/N is 4060875

Should be here Friday along with the new ring/pinion set for the differential.

Since I couldn't leave the Jeep in the shop for a few days, I drove it back to the barracks beltless and me feeling a bit defeated. (Don't worry, the drive back to the barracks was like 800 feet so no harm done)

I did romp on it tho on the way back and did give it a quick rev in the parking lot and well...

OH....MY...GOD.

I have never seen this or any 3.7 rev up from idle so fast. It litterally picks up revs so fast the tach cannot keep up (if revved in park/neutral) it hit the 6k rev limiter while the needle was climbing from 4500!!!

And it pulled like a train on the way back lol.

Here's a few pics guys so you can see the size difference between stock and the new one.

Oh and there is no reason to pin this crank like a buddy keeps saying I should lol. (Lookin at you Justin lol) my crank has a key cast onto the end of the crank and the new pulley has the slot for it.

So, I was right about the correct belt length. For this ud kit we need the 4060875 (or the equivalent) belt. Which is the 87.5 by 1 6rib belt
